Lemon Poppyseed Cake

I stole this recipe from Smitten Kitchen but made it in a springform pan instead of bundt, added the juice of 1 lemon and nixed the powdered sugar. It would be EXTRA amazing served with fresh raspberries or vanilla frozen yogurt... or both!
